Puff & Floss was created in early 2020 with the focus of creating opportunities for those who are far too often left out of meaningful employment. Since its creation, Puff & Floss has embraced a hybrid business model that combines both training opportunities and paid employment. Along with creating delicious cotton candy treats, employees are also part of the business growth, step by step. Employees at Puff & Floss are involved in pricing, ordering, research and development, marketing, design, and production. We also embrace the artwork that is produced by the beautiful minds that work at our company. You can always find labels and marketing materials designed by our employees, and we are always excited to create custom designs for your orders. We believe in embracing what our employees CAN do, and creating opportunities around those strengths.
